This page (together with our Privacy Policy) tells you information about us and the legal terms and conditions (“Terms”) on which we sell any of the products (“Products”) listed on our website (our site) to you.
These Terms apply to any contract between us for the sale of Products to you (“Contract”). Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them before ordering any Products from our site. Before placing an order you will be asked to agree to these Terms. If you refuse to accept these Terms, you will not be able to order any Products from our site.
We may amend these Terms from time to time as set out in clause 13. Every time you wish to order Products, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time.
These Terms, and any Contract between us, are only in the English language.

To cancel a Contract in accordance with your legal rights, you must let us know that you have decided to cancel. You should email us at Hello@spinvinyl.co.uk or contact our Customer Service team by telephone on . If you are emailing or writing to us please include your order number or details of your order to help us identify it.

2. Our Products
2.1 Images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. We cannot guarantee that the information and packaging on our site accurately reflect the Products; actual products may vary slightly from those images.
2.2 Although we have made every effort to provide accurate information regarding descriptions and specifications for items on our site, errors or inaccuracies can sometimes occur. We reserve the right to make alterations and corrections to our site as appropriate.
We rely on the information provided by manufacturers of the Products and accordingly cannot be responsible for changes made by manufacturers without notice.
3. How We Use Your Personal Information
We only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Conditions of Purchase
4.1 You warrant to us that the information you provide when you register and when you place an order is correct, accurate, and up to date.
4.2 You acknowledge and agree that when ordering Products from our site:

4.3 If you are unsure whether to use a particular Product or are unsure how to use a Product, we recommend you contact us before purchasing.
5. How the Contract Is Formed Between You and Us
5.1 Our online ordering process will guide you through the steps to place an order. You can review and amend errors before submitting your order.
5.2 After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. However, this does not mean you have accepted your order.
5.3 Our acceptance of your order occurs when we send you an email confirming that the Products have been dispatched (“Dispatch Confirmation”). The Contract between us is formed at that point.
5.4 If we cannot supply you with a Product (e.g., out of stock) or cannot meet delivery expectations, we will inform you by email and will not process your order. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full including any delivery charges as soon as possible.
6. Variation of Terms
6.1 We may amend these Terms from time to time. When you order Products, the Terms in force at the time of your order will apply to the Contract between you and us.
6.2 If we revise these Terms in a way that affects your order, we will give you reasonable advance notice and let you know how to cancel the Contract if you are unhappy with the changes.
7. Your Consumer Right of Return and Refund
7.1 You may have legal rights to cancel under applicable consumer laws. These rights may allow cancellation within a period after delivery.
7.2 We also operate our own returns policy (referenced in our Returns Policy), which may provide additional rights.

8. Delivery and Risk
8.1 All orders will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible. Delivery options and information are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
8.2 We endeavour to supply orders accurately, but responsibility remains with you as the purchaser to ensure the Products received match your order.
8.3 If Products arrive damaged, we will, at our discretion, refund or replace them. Damaged items must be notified within 48 hours of receipt with photographic proof.
8.4 Delivery is completed when we deliver Products to the address you provided. Products become your responsibility after delivery.
8.5 You own the Products once full payment (including delivery charges) has been received by us.
9. International Delivery
9.1 International delivery options may be available; contact us before placing your order for a quote.
9.2 You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on international deliveries; we have no control over these charges.
10. Price of Products and Delivery Charges
10.1 Product prices are as quoted on our site at the time you submit your order. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct at that time.
10.2 Prices may change, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
10.3 Prices include applicable taxes where relevant.
10.4 Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
10.5 If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
11. How to Pay
11.1 You can pay for Products using the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
11.2 Payment for the Products and all applicable charges will be taken at the time of purchase, in advance of dispatch.
12. Manufacturer Guarantees
12.1 Some Products come with a manufacturer’s guarantee in addition to any legal rights you may have.
13. Our Liability to You
13.1 If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach or negligence.
13.2 We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Events Outside Our Control
14.1 We are not liable for failure to perform due to events outside our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, supply chain issues).
15. Communications Between Us
15.1 “In writing” includes email.
16. Other Important Terms
16.1 These Terms and any explicitly referred documents (including our Privacy Policy, Returns Policy, Shipping Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
16.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
