At Spinvinyl, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be undamaged

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • The return must be authorised by Spinvinyl before being sent back

Any items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

To request a return, please contact us at [insert email address] with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days, provided the item:

  • Is unused

  • Is undamaged

  • Is in its original packaging

  • Has been authorised by us prior to return

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the exchanged item is:

  • Lower in price – the difference will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days of the exchange being approved.

  • Higher in price – the price difference must be paid before the replacement item is dispatched.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return (for example, opened accessories or consumables). Please check individual product listings for specific exclusions.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 Business days to your original payment method.
